As a business instructor I often come across people who find themselves “stuck”, for whatever explanation, and resisting change with every fibre with their being. Even when they be aware that things have moved in and markets have improved, they stubbornly refuse to switch they way they get always done it.
One easy way to see should you be “change resistant” is to think about your ideas and feelings about many of the “new technology”, and new strategies to marketing businesses like Zynga, Twitter and LinkedIn. Have you ever embraced the changes or do you think you’re adopting a wait and pay attention to attitude?
So why accomplish we resist change? Why would we possibly not need to do something when we know it will make us more income if we did? Well We’ve identified 6 main main reasons why we sometimes get “stuck” inside same place.
